Prices

All our prices included VAT and the delivery charges are separately calculated at checkout of the website. All promotions on the website are valid for a limited time only therefore after the promotion the prices go back to normal prices until another promotion. 

 Returns

We are happy to accept returns or exchange products, as long as the product is in its original packaging and the product is in the condition it left the store. We don’t accept returns with products that are mixed for the order such as coloured paint unless the product is faulty .  The product has to have the original parts it had included. The time period for a return is 14 days after you receive the product. We will not accept returns after 14 days unless the product is faulty. If the product was send and it is faulty we will pay for the postage , however if  the product is being used returned due to a  reason that is not our fault , the cost of the postage back will be your responsibility.  After you return a item it will be checked and when it passes the check the money will be refunded in a period of 10 working days.

Delivery

Please note that we cannot amend an order once placed. We dispatch our products around 1-2 days unless it’s a larger order which may take up to 4 days .The order will be dispatched using parcel force 24 with next day delivery. For smaller order we use Royal Mail 1st class which aims to deliver between 1-3 days. Once the products are dispatched we can accept returns or refunds until the products arrive. If the item arrives damaged by the courier we will arrange a replacement product.
