Delivery and Returns
Delivery
Please note that we cannot amend an order once placed.
When you order an item on our website please leave your
phone number or email, but preferably both so that we can contact you.
We dispatch our products around 1-2 days unless it’s a larger
order which may take up to 4 days .
The order will be dispatched using parcel force 24 with next day delivery. Any delays from the courier are not our responsibility.
If any items you have ordered are not available straight
away, we will use the telephone number or email you have provided to contact
you to sort out the situation.
For larger deliveries please contact us on our email for a
quote.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns or exchange products, as long as the product is in its original packaging and the product is in the condition it left the store. We don’t accept returns with products that are mixed for the order such as coloured paint. The product has to have the original parts it had included. The time period for a return is 14 days after you receive the product. We will not accept returns after 14 days unless the product is faulty. If the product was send and it is faulty we will pay for the postage , however if the product is being used returned due to a reason that is not our fault , the cost of the postage back will be your responsibility. After you return a item it will be checked and when it passes the check the money will be refunded in a period of 10 working days.
