Jeger Millennium Flexi Joint compound This is a ready-to-use product designed for the final finishing of gypsum board joints and smoothing entire wall and ceiling surfaces wherever the highest quality finish is required. It is also suitable for leveling minor irregularities, local repairs of all types of plaster, and thin-layer renovation of stucco. The product can be applied locally or over the entire surface in a layer of 0-2 mm, either manually or by machine. It is characterized by high vapor permeability and allows for easy and quick sanding. Intended for indoor use on absorbent and porous substrates such as plaster, concrete, gypsum board, and cement fiber board.

Substrate preparation

The substrate should be dry, clean, sound, dust-free, free from grease, salt and biological contaminants such as mold and algae. Remove any damaged (e.g., flaking or cracked) coatings, adhesive paints, and lime. The product is not suitable for use on damp substrates. To increase adhesion, strengthen the substrate and uniform the absorbency of the surface, it is recommended to use a deep-penetrating primer.

Product application

Mix the product thoroughly before use. Depending on the application method, up to 5% water may be added. Apply manually or by machine at a temperature between +8°C and +25°C, with a maximum relative humidity of 82%, avoiding drafts. Do not apply a layer thicker than 2 mm in a single coat. Level the applied coat with a trowel. For a perfectly level surface, apply at least two coats, each subsequent coat after the previous one has completely dried. Leave to dry completely. After finishing work, wash tools with warm water.
